How It Began.

E.D.S. Motorsport was born in 2005. In the begining, supplying silicone hoses and stainless steel nut and bolt sets, mainly aimed at the after-market and modifying scene... Hence E.D.S. (engine dressing supplies).

Originally founded to help fund an attempt (rather poor attempt, but very enjoyable I may add) at racing BriSCA F2's. In 2006 the range had grown somewhat and now included a small range of rose joints. It was in the early part of 2006 that redundancy influenced the decision to expand considerably.

A Turning Point.

Very soon after, our first regular "large" customer came onboard, in the form of RCE. This was a key turning point for EDS, and one which has been a strong influence on the ethos and product lines which have now developed. It was the confidence of RCE that pushed EDS forward, and a strong link still exists today. Fast forward to 2009 and EDS has changed a lot. (for the better we hope!)

EDS are now proud to supply 5 of the top BriSCA F2 chassis builders, and also supply a number of Kit Car manufacturers. Supplying a large range of parts, from suspension parts, fuel systems, electrical systems right through to the brake system. It is still growing all the time, and the brake system is now recieving out attention.

Is our motto and mission statement. We aim to supply the best possible items and services, at the best price possible. Not always the cheapest available solution, but always the very best value for money. We never compromise quality for price, or vise versa, and always try to strike the best balance between the two. Onwards And Upwards.

EDS is the fastest growing supplier of it's kind in the U.K. today, and we aim to continue our growth. Adopting the principle of one step at a time. We are constantly sourcing new and exciting products from around the globe, some of which are not available anywhere else in the U.K.! Currently we are working towards completing the brake system range, along with a new range of quality alloy wheels, perfect for oval racing or track days as well as the road. After this we will be turning our attention to Safety Harnesses, Steering Wheels and Seats.

Putting A Little Back.

2009 sees the begining of a new era for EDS, this year we are very proud to be sponsoring the "2009 EDSMotorsport.co.uk Grand National Championship Series". A series run in BriSCA F2, which culminates at Belle Vue on Nov 1st.

Also in 2009 we will be backing the Scunthporpe Track Championship. Scunthorpe is a new track for 2009, and E.D.S. Motorsport are proud to be involved with this new and exciting venue.

We shall aslo be continuing to support a number of other selected meetings around the U.K. as well as backing several drivers in their quest for racing stardom. On that note, we salute all of the drivers who proudly fly the EDS flag, and wish you all the very best.
